Finminity IDO Launchpad Public Sale Details

    Ladies and gentlemen, we’re doing something slightly different here. We’re going to be talking about a project called Finminity that will be going live on April 7th 2021, which is this Wednesday coming up.

Introducing Finminity

    Now this is a project that’s starting off with an initial market cap of only $440K. However, they have raised a total of $1.2 million. Now you guys know how I like to do it. I like to get allocation for everybody, but as i mentioned in a previous live stream, this is not always the case. Certain projects that I’m taking right now, I’m not able to get a full portion like that. However, I will be taking personal allocation if I think it could benefit myself and also you guys as well. I truly believe Finminity is exactly going to be doing that. Now it’s going to be launched on Mantra Dao’s launch pad which is called ZENDIT It, and also ZeroSwap’s launch pad. That’s this April 7th. Again this video is about Finminity, and not what you need to do to get an opportunity on Mantra Dao’s launch pad or on ZeroSwap’s, there are some Medium articles explaining that.

Finminity: The Launchpad

     There are two websites: Finminity.com is the actual company’s website. Finminity.Finance is essentially the DApp. And as you can see here is the launchpad button, and we will definitely go over the UI very briefly. Let’s first break this down here: Finminity, ‘an innovative Polkadot driven cross-chain investor service platform, that is flexible, rewarding, transparent and secured.’ Now, the reason why I took on this project, is because I truly believe this is relevant to what I’m doing, and what you guys are doing, what my audience is doing. As I say, I always have my audience in mind. I think this would definitely be relevant and resonate with you guys. So ‘making fundraising easy for startups with comprehensive investor engagement through DeFi driven, ETH and Binance smart-chain platform, with built-in safety protocols of value locks, DAO, and milestone based fund release,’ as we can see here they’re talking about buying on smart-chain.’ Projects launching on Binance smart chain, it’s no secret by now, they’ve been absolutely popping off! That’s really cool that they would be supporting both chains; Ethereum and also the Binance smart chain.
    Now the FMT token holders, they get early support slot on a preferred price for all token sales. I repeat, FMT token holders get an early supporter slot and a preferred price for all token sales. ‘With FMT token staked, you can invest in all the token sales infinity, as a preferred investor before it is open to the public sale.’ What I’m getting out of that is they’re telling us that, look there would be a public sale but you could get it in.   If they have earlier rounds then public sale, you could actually get it in the earlier rounds. So that’s different. IDO launch pads, it’s essentially you’re getting it at the public round sale. So that’s pretty cool. And they have things like yield farming, integrated business model,as well on the governance. Where essentially you guys would have voting rights and such for upcoming projects. Integrated liquidity pairs in UniSwap provides ongoing token demands and appreciation.

Why Finminity?   

      ‘Why Finminity: crowdfunding and DeFi based investment services are made for each other. With Finminity FTM token driven ecosystem, our platform helps you raise funding in a decentralized manner from community of investors. It is enabled by a DeFi token engine which creates ERC20 and ERC1404 token based on company needs.’ They go on for these five selling points, we’ll read just the first two: DeFi token engine that tokenizes your investment, embedded with the requisite regulatory compliance,’ very important. Number two: ‘integrated fundraising platform in Europe and UAE, for primary and secondary sales of tokens, raise funds without any headache.’ They’re pretty much catering to two sides here; they’re catering to the pool of investors, which is potentially you guys, and whoever else is interested in these pre-sales. They’re also catering to the company.

Finminity: How It Works 

     Now when we come down here, they show us the core of this actual business model and service. Again, we’re not going to go over all points, but this right here is the company or the project Finminity, and right here they do a bunch of different things they got about let’s call them six arms. They do the due diligence. Company valuation business model, check. Token economics, any smart investor will tell you those three things matter. The company’s valuation, their business model, and most importantly in my opinion, the token economics. That’s the due diligence side. They have the KYC here, company KYC check. But they’re just not talking about investors, they’re talking about KYC in the actual company, or the project that’s coming on board. Investor KYC and AML. You all are familiar with that regulatory compliance. They even have the tokenization here with the book building custodian asset tokenization, investor services, third-party integration, raised funds, listing of company. A bunch of things here that they’re going to be handling.
     So now let’s actually take a look at this right here, this is where probably most of you guys will be coming if you want to actually use the Finminity launch pad itself . Once it goes live, and again we all know how profitable these IDOs or pre-sales for this type of niche is right. Launch pads is where it’s at, clearly. We could look at Kickpad, Polkastarter’s price, even PAID. You know DuckStarter as well. They all did really well. This is why I thought it would have been worth your time. Right, they go over what we just read over there. This is essentially how the UI would look at the top here. You might want to come to look at the DApp section or the launchpad section. Obviously it’s not live right now. Staking; they’ll have that soon. They’re going to have a marketplace as well. You guys can make an account, log in, sign up, and then you can log in and you can get access to certain things here. Once again, this is going live on Mantra Dao and on ZeroSwap this Wednesday April 7th, 2021. More details, do a basic Google search, you’ll find Medium articles showing you what’s it going to take for you to get in on this action.

The Roadmap

      Right here is Feminity’s one pager. As we scroll down to Q1 2021: ‘Successful closure of crowdfunding campaign, achieve a critical mass core investor community who will participate in future token sales.’ So essentially, that’s where they’re at right now launching on Mantra Dao’s ZENDIT. And also ZeroSwap. Token holders start getting staking rewards based on their contributions. Right here they got, ‘the issuance of two more tokens in our platform, that’s going to be pretty cool to see what that’s all about. Interest yield accrued for delivery our token holders. FMT token holders start taking part in governance, company vote, and resolutions.’ They go over here key features pre-sale DApp, cross-chain, low market cap, 500k. My calculation said $440K, but if they’re saying $500k, that’s not too far off. All these other things here as well: token allocation they got the pie chart here, and they break that down as well.

The Team Behind Finminity

      Below here is the actual team and strategic investors. We have Lester Lim the Strategic Advisor, they got Avijit Samanta, who’s the CTO, and all of that information. I believe over here is their LinkedIn, you can check them out. So yes, this is something I see that has potential, because of the niche what it’s in. It’s the actual IDO launch pad in itself.

     Again, I said this about three times in the course of this video, those projects are really performing well from an IDO standpoint, and from a pre-sale standpoint. Also the initial low market cap, I think is gonna do well. That’s a nice market cap to start off with. Mind you that’s to start off with they raised about $1.2 million, which isn’t excessive in itself. For those reasons I was okay in taking this project up, and covering it. I’m presenting it to my wonderful family members, also known as the TCLers and the BHBers.
